The night is over: the website is back to its usual look. See you next Halloween.
Special seasonal edition
Tonight,

dressing up.
From 10 October to 3 November, the website fills up with cobwebs, ghosts and pumpkins. Some are in plain sight. Others, not so much.
There are seven pumpkins hidden on this page. Find them all to open the crypt.

- At the end of “TREAT / TRICK / SCARE”, below the poster.
- Next to “This year's costumes”: it wanted to dress up too.
- Knock on the door… and look at the knob.
- Inside the answer to “Are the pumpkins I find saved?”.
- At the very end, next to “Made by pumpkin light”.
Secrets

- Type “boo” on your keyboard. On a phone, tap the B on the poster three times.
- There's a little lantern at the end of the page: switch it on.

- A spider hangs from a thread on the poster: give it a tap.
- Tap the round window on the “Trick or treat?” door.
- Every now and then a ghost peeks in from the right edge of the screen. Catch it.
- Leave the poster on screen for twenty seconds without touching anything.
- Below the poster there's a sentence in invisible ink: select it or light it up with the lantern.
- Press the pumpkin in the top bar five times in a row.
You've found every secret. Not even the ghosts know this page as well as you do.
Before midnight
Spooky
questions.
How long do the decorations last?
Until 3 November, inclusive. After that, the website goes back to its usual look on its own.
Can I turn the decorations off?
Yes. Tap the pumpkin in the top bar, on the right, or the button at the end of this page. We'll remember your choice on this device; tap it again to turn them back on.
Are the pumpkins I find saved?
Yes, in your browser. You can close the page and keep looking later. We don't send anything to any server.
Is anything else hidden?
Maybe. Ghosts have a favourite word: try typing it. The moon is keeping a secret too. And if you like the dark, look for the lantern.
Happy Halloween
